Shannon is the owner of Eye Candy Studio in Woodbury, Minnesota.
 She has been a licensed hairstylist and makeup artist for over 35 years. She is a master hairstylist, colorist, and lash artist. 
She began her career at Regis in West St. Paul, Mn in 1988. To further her skill set, she attended the prestigious Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica Ca., in 1990. In 1993 she opened Tanggles Hair Design as one of four partners in the business. She later joined Makeup Studio in the Warehouse District in Mpls where she worked with media makeup artist Christopher Baglien. Eventually her passion for hair and makeup led her to California where she worked at the Sassoon concept salon The End, in Santa Monica.
She also attended the Award Studio for media makeup. During this time she worked with celebrity photographer Michael Edwards.
She returned to Minnesota in 1998 working at WestSide Haircare as an independent stylist. In 2014 she opened Eye Candy Studio, located in Sola Salons at Woodbury Lakes.
 She has been certified as a Novalash eyelash artist for the past 15 years, earning her advanced degree in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2010. In 2016 she started her training for Russian Volume lashes, the latest advancement in eyelash extensions, from Skynlash Academy. In 2017 she completed the volume lash course by Frankie Widdows, one of the most respected teachers in the industry. Russian Volume is truly the next level of eyelash extensions, requiring an advanced skill set, different than classic eyelash extensions. She finished her certification for Mega Volume lashes, London Volume with Novalash in 2019, and recently completed another mega volume course with Eyelash Excellence.
 She is passionate about ongoing education, to provide her clients with the latest advancements in the industry.
  She specializes in precision hair cutting, coloring, eyebrow shaping and customized volume eyelash extensions.
